Benchmark Literacy Most of the curriculum here is still delivered with paper tools but there are a number of digital resources that accompany the program i.e. comprehension assessments and eBooks. $$$
COPIA This is basically an eBook store. Cool thing- It has the classic free book section. Have students download free books and enjoy or purchase licenses for other books at a relatively good rate. Books for purchase but the free books are the best feature.

Curriculet Don't just rent books, annotate them, embed quizzes, and track comprehension as students read. Still waiting on a demo but this one sounds amazing. $$$

Scholastic The old faithful of book sales for schools has a number of digital options. $$$
Starfall Starfall has been around for a while. Still a favorite for it's accessibility for even the youngest readers. Can't go wrong with this one if you are teaching reading skills to ages 3-6. FREE

ABCya! Not as old as Starfall, but fast becoming a favorite in computer labs. This site provides a wide range of multi-subject activities for young learners in grades K-5. FREE
